CouponSimba Terms of Service
Welcome to CouponSimba. By accessing or using our website (https://couponsimba.com), deal hubs, or our official AI plugins and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server endpoints (including https://app.couponsimba.com/mcp), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Overview of Services & AI Tools
CouponSimba is a shopping discovery platform that curates and publishes manually verified Amazon coupons, daily price drops, and clearance offers. CouponSimba does not sell products, process orders, manage checkouts, or take payments directly; all transactions take place on external retailer websites.
2. Affiliate Disclosure
CouponSimba participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and other affiliate networks. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through links on our website or via our AI plugin interfaces at no additional cost to you.
3. Offer Accuracy & Third-Party Retailers
Retailer prices, promo code validity, stock levels, and discount percentages fluctuate frequently and are controlled entirely by third-party merchants (such as Amazon sellers). CouponSimba makes no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of any offer. When you click a deal link or interact via AI plugins, you leave our platform and complete purchases on the retailer’s site under their respective terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website, plugins, and MCP endpoints reasonably and lawfully. Automated scraping, malicious attacks, or abuse of our server resources is strictly prohibited and may result in access being blocked.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our services and deal listings are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. CouponSimba shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of your use of our platform, AI tools, or reliance on published deal data.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting updates on this page with a revised effective date.
